CEN Resources are working in partnership with a well establish energy consultancy who are currently recruiting for a Senior EIA Consultants for their operations in Glasgow. Our client is a vibrant consultancy that has been at the forefront of providing expert technical advice to electricity network companies and renewable energy developers for many years.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Managing large-scale renewable energy projects with a particular focus on environmental assessment and related activities.
• Screening and scoping activities with associated stakeholder consultation and engagement.
• Co-ordination and production of screening reports plus EIA Reports / Environmental Statements.
• Management of sub-consultants of varying technical disciplines and stakeholder management.
• Proposal writing, budgetary preparation and business development.

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Planning, or equivalent.
• Experience of working in a client facing consultancy environment.
• A demonstrated track record of managing large-scale EIA projects, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
• Staff management or mentoring experience
